AIYASHA YOGA MODULE
AIYASHA YOGA was specially designed for our spa concept and consists of four modules: Detoxifying Yoga, Anti-Aging Yoga, Energising Yoga and Calming Yoga. These modules give you the opportunity to focus on what you would like to achieve with AIYASHA YOGA.

AIYASHA YOGA SESSIONS
Each of our yoga sessions consists of two parts: yoga rituals followed by yoga modules. The rituals help us to leave our everyday lives behind us and relax. The yoga coaches take you on a journey of the senses consisting of sounds, fragrances and colours. We prepare for the asanas - the yoga exercises - with pranayama, the breathing exercises. Every AIYASHA YOGA trainer is qualified to teach all modules. He puts together a different programme of asanas for every session. The guest's requirements, yoga level and condition on the day are the basis of the yoga classes.

AIYASHA YOGA LOUNGE
Our Indian Yoga Lounge, decorated in gold and red, is a feast for the senses. Gold infuses us with solar energy, satisfies our yearning for light and awareness and has a stimulating and uplifting effect. Red radiates warmth, represents love, passion and joy. It also has a positive effect on the heart, lungs, blood and muscles. The AIYASHA YOGA Lounge also has underfloor heating and two marble bathrooms. It is a unique opportunity to relax and boost your wellbeing.
