We're at the heart of Munich, next to the opera house, between Residenzstrasse and Theatinerstrasse. Our premises are located below the well-known tavern "Zum Franziskaner" and are accessed via the same entrance. A few steps behind the entrance to "Zum Franziskaner" is a lift which will take you to AIYASHA.
